Please Make "Target Champions Only" a Toggle

This is the binding I'm talking about.. https://gyazo.com/17db2f4c42c3830c98024c036087c3b1

It's incredibly awkward having to hold another key while using all your abilities and autos in a tower dive for most keybind setups. Even if you rebind it to a more convenient key, it still has to be held while you're most likely using Q,W,E, and R.

The primary reason is it would help a lot is when you're towerdiving and the tower hurtbox blocks the enemy champion hurtbox which happens quite frequently. It helps more if you're dealing damage primarily thru autos rather than spells and the enemy champion decides to run circles around their tower. Every time I dive the only thing I'm thinking of is don't fuck up and click the tower over and over again...

If it were a toggle, then we could toggle it on before a dive and toggle it off after. Simple as that.

THIS. THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN.

EDIT: Better yet, make anything bound to [caps lock] a toggle.

didnt even know that was a fucking thing. now all the boosted players can stop using things like teemo q on minions

Making a 'do not target champions' button also would be nice.

if event == "MOUSE_BUTTON_PRESSED" and arg == # then toggle = not toggle if toggle then PressKey("tilde") else ReleaseKey("tilde") end

Is a LUA script for binding it as a toggle on a mouse button. (no it is not a "scripting" script. My mouse literally runs off of LUA, so I couldnt even Left click without the LUA script telling it what a left click is) making it an actual thing would be more convenient though for if I have to use a cheaper mouse... the # is just replaced by whatever your mouse button you want it assigned to (for example on a Logitech G600 I use it on Mouse button 7)

coughs in Tahm Kench

Seriously though. If I had a key fragment for every time I've swallowed a minion instead of my enemy laner with three stacks I'd be swimming in loot.

Make it have the OPTION of being a toggle or not. I prefer holding it and releasing it on demand.

Weathered6/22/2017, 2:24:56 AM3 votes

I don't use it because of how cumbersome it is. Very frustrating that it's not easy to utilize.

SpecterVonBaren6/21/2017, 11:21:35 PM3 votes

Would also help me not accidentally eat a minion as Tahm Kench when I was aiming for saving my ADC.

You could use a macro that can toggle it, simulating a constant press. I do that with other settings and games.

WAIT WHY DID I NEVER THINK OF DOING THIS WITH TARGET CHAMPIONS?

I like this idea

I must admit in shame, i am playing this game for 7 years now and never knew this option existed lol :D Gotta try it out.

I concur

Please do not do this ! As Yasuo and Rengar player, this binding is crucial for me. When I want to slide trough wall as Yasuo or dive someone under tower without as Rengar, I hold this button(binded to X) and its not that awkward. I used to click on tower all the time when diving, now its way easier with this binding.

At least I hope they leave it as is and add what you ask for, just dont touch my stuff please.

Bind it to Shift Turn on Sticky Keys Profit!

/s, never turn on Sticky Keys, it's not worth it.

Best idea ever, +1

You can't use 'Player Attack Move' at the same time as 'Target Champion Only'.

This has always really bothered me. Maybe a toggle would fix this problem.

Excalibait6/21/2017, 8:57:21 PM1 votes

i put it onto a side button on my mouse. now whenever i want to use it, i just keep it pressed while moving around completely normal.

Agent Corgi6/22/2017, 3:55:46 PM1 votes

I didn't even know that this was a thing.
