My concern about reworking immobile mages: Is Xerath going to be left alone?!

I'm concerned about you guys making a fundimental change is xerath's kit. He has his own unique kit and playstyle right? He is the late game long range poking mage and early game he can pick people off with a e ----> q + w. please dont change him :(

He WILL most likely be changed, but by increasing his ranges to accentuate the mortar playstyle, im excited, but his damage will most likely be lowered too much in exchange for a 1.5 times length q

If this happens I hope they keep the early game dmg and make late game a little weaker because most of the times, I think, xerath late game is to strong.

increasing his ranges? He can already hit people from inside the fog of war with his Q

I would rather see his W slow being improved into a "mobility locker" and I really hope that he will get a keystone worth for use. TLD is situational and doesn't fit the champion role/theme and DFT damage is terribly low.

I'm actually looking forward to him being looked at and improved at what he should be better at.

Also, I'd like to have a proper Keystone for him and not simply the lesser of 2 bad ones.

Not sure why they would change him. He is one of the better balanced mages. All his spells are relatively easy to dodge. His passive also makes for some interesting game play - if he really wants to spam on you he has to auto you frequently so this gives that little thing we like to call "COUNTER PLAY"!

Eh, he can't pick people off with EWQ, because it deals something like 60% of enemy ADC's health unless you are 5-6 slotted and enemy has no mres. His lategame is "poke with Q, die when any assassin comes close even if you hit your (0.75-tenacity) stun"

the only thing im sad is that his Stun does nothing when you are trying to run away

Old Xerath had a unique and interesting playstyle. New Xerath is just a cancer lane bully with slightly subpar scaling.
