Before the game starts riot already decided if you are on the losing team or not

Hello, i would like to share my ranked experience with some fellow summoners, when the new season started i came back from a huge break i jumped right away in ranked and did decent. I went 3 win and 7 loss i was like alright this is not a huge deal lets just keep playing soon enough the next day was my day off and i went on a huge winstreak i am talking about 15+ games. I got good teammates and me myself did very well teammate listen to pings. Now the otherday i went on a huge lose streak and only got teammates who flame. it really feels like riot games put a system in place where 1 day you get good teammate and the other day you get people that just give up and flame very quickly.

Today i already did 2 ranked games and lost both of them and again i can see that this pattern happens to me, i really like league of legends so i went in another game but this time in champion select my adc banned my supports champ and then they all went to flame and troll pick and i was the one that had to dodge or otherwise i had another loss.

It just feels like no matter how good i play i always get teams that are really bad and then suddenly they are really good not saying i am perfect i am making misstakes left and right aswell. But never do i flame other players cuz i am just playing for the fun but at one point it just starts to feel like it doesnt matter how good you are the game decide for you if you lose or win.
