Swain No more

Hi i would like to invite riot to buff swain because since patch 6.9 i think hes been useless and unplayable in everyway. He was my main and i liked playing him alot thats mostly why im doing this post, his ultimate went up from like a 4-5 second cooldown to about 20 seconds. every skill he has is atleast 10 seconds or higher. Hes basically is unplayable due to how much he got destroyed. Could you get him to his old self i miss my babi swain.
