its not being ungrateful. we are customers, paying for this video game service they provide to us. Its nothing less than a lackluster of customer service

I don't think that's how the internet works.

A good term for what is happening is impotent rage. There are over a thousand posts expressing high levels of negativity regarding this decision.

That's what most company's would call a "PR nightmare" and yet riot still wont actually come forth and say anything or offer any condolences or give us any straight numbers or figures.

don't mean to be rude here but what I was trying to imply about my last comment is just one thread for a vote but yea people should just stop and think for a second Riot said there would be no urf this year, but on the other hand its April 1 which is also known as "April Fools Day" a partly global holiday which means you pull pranks on people which Riot might be doing..

they provide you with more stuff than you think but yea Riot can be a pain but they didn't have to give you people urf in the first place they could've just let you keep playing ranked..etc
