random friend requests

I've been getting friend request from "blank" people. A blank person is a person who is level 1 and has played no games. I think I found a solution to this problem, if your account has 0 games played total over a week the account could be "deleted" if someone chooses the same name like ranked teams.

1. not only will this free up some for used good names
2. since it's total games in the career of league you can't be banned because they haven't played any games. Also if a new rule can be installed that you must play 1 or 2 games (or reach level 2 or level 3) before friending people. This will also apply to the these "Blank" existing accounts just that they won't be able to friend people until the games are completed.

Please share any new thoughts or ideas that should be added and please state if you are having a similar problem.
