attacks and abilties still connecting after flashing away

ive noticed a lot of bullshit in games recently where i have flashed away or blast fruited over a wall and an ability will still or a MELEE basic attack will still connect mid air or after the flash. this is bullshit and needs to be fixed. riot get on it

If the animation for a basic attack or a targeted ability has started, most of the time it will go through. This is most noticable on adcs with slow projectiles. If the projectile is already in the air, it will hit 99/100 times. The 1 time is because of a glitch. This is how it's meant to work.

In a sense, melee attacks work the same way, except instead of the projectile, its the animation. If the animation is already going through, and it would have hit had you not flashed, it will still hit even if you flash/blast cone.

I felt few patch ago something strange too, I think they smoothed ping issues and cause you are lagging it looks like it didn't suppose to hit

This is normal. Especially with ranged autos and abilities that are Single target, targetable. Example is annies Q etc. once those are fired at you, it doesn't matter how far away you get it still hits. Thats how the game plays. As for melees, can't say much as i don't know much about them but from everyone elses post it sounds like that could be normal too= as far as the melee animation goes.
