Rammus clear speed needs help!!!

After many many games in the new summoners rift as he needs help with his clear speed. Yes his clear speed has always been pretty bad but it made sense. Now, even if you build straight up all armor with a and , your jungle clear speed is soooooooo horrible mid=late game. I have been watching my game stats and i just cannot keep up with everyone else. When I am not full armor ad tank i can still die in the jungle 20-35 minuets into the game. None of skills help him clear faster the stronger they get. Every other jungler as far as i know has skills that wind up helping them clear the jungle camps faster later on as the camps get stronger. It is already embarrassing enough that virtually cannot kill the crab, which is a huge objective controller. Please for the sake of him not being total garbage, give his W bonus thorns/return damage to jungle and minons :( . The fact that even at 20 minuets and i have to worry about dieing to wolves is ridiculous, when i see everyone on my team take my camps in a few seconds :( .
