I don't know where to submit a complaint.

I tried to submit it as a ticket, but the automated system refused to let me do so and forced me to come here instead.

All I wanted to do was say that I was peeved with the new system for surrendering 4v5 games instantly, because I just lost 16 LP and got marked a leaver for literally loading into the game, seeing I was lagging, and restarting my computer. The entire process took less than 2 minutes and yet my team surrendered in that time and I got shafted as a result.

I do agree that this system is overall a great idea. But it's not like I never connected - I only decided to restart after loading in. And I was back before the 3 minute mark. In fact, I was back in game in time to see them pass the surrender vote and get the defeat screen. So I'm not very pleased right now.
