Nocturne vs Lee Sin

Hey, I'm new to League of Legends, and I do not know a lot of champions. So far I like jungle role a lot, and I wanted to ask the community which jungler I should buy for 4800ip (Nocturne or Lee Sin). I think I should buy Nocturne becuse of its easy gameplay and late game. I also like Lee Sin's early ganks, but I'm in a lot of dilemma becuse my friends say that Lee Sin is difficult to play and master. Every answer is appriciated. Sorry for bad english, it's not my mother language

Nocturne has a faster clear, good sustain, soft CC and can be very hard to ward for, he also has much better skins (opinion).

LeeSin Seems to be the most enduring champion in every meta, not always grade A, but always good enough. He's also considered to have a high skill cap, and counts as a status symbol if mastered.

Lee is almost never a bad pick, and he really isn't very hard. Just gotta learn to hit one skillshot. If you can afford them, right now Vi and Hecarim are also quite strong, and pretty easy to play.

Nocturne is very strong right now and beginner friendly.

Lee Sin is rewarding, but for a new player you may be in over your head.

Thanks for all comments on this tread. I ended up with buying Nocturne and I'm really good with it. Thanks for all opinions. :D
