AP XIN NEEDS TO BE NERFED
AP xin is more broken then AP yi was, he needs to be nerfed. i've had many games where xin 1v5s the whole team and gets pentas because of the massive health he gets back.

Why?
Guinsoo's Rageblade is currently overtuned and is increasing the power of many champions, but that's a problem with the item itself.
It will likely be nerfed soon.

Except he has nothing to bring to the team, you guys should focus CC on him, etc.
