What's the counterplay to any shield then lol. Janna isn't even the only champion with a shield that increases damage the target does, Lulu's does it and Ardent Censer Karma + Sona do it.
Isn't the reason Janna's so popular because of all the engage tanks in botlane? (Naut, Leona, Thresh, Alistar, etc.)
...those guys are way, way, way less popular now than they were last season. Tanks like Nautilus and Alistar are more popular than them right now. The game isn't going to change your matchmaking or force people to pick certain champions just so your experience is the same as the overall pick rates.
