Suggestions for Dynamic Queue. Help Stop the Trolls

So a suggestion with Dynamic queue, though it's already great as is with being able to select the your 2 best roles or atleast the ones you want. Perhaps when in champion select, for the role you are assigned, have so you can choose from corresponding champions that fit within that roles description. For example; ADC: Vayne, Caitlyn, Varus, Corki, Ezreal, Jhin, Lucien, Jinx, etc. Supp: Sona, Braum, Nautilus, Soraka, Thresh, Tahm Kench, Leona, etc. Mid: Zed, Yasuo, Fizz, Leblanc, Morgana, Lux, Malazhar, Kassadin, Velkoz, Aurelion Sol, etc.

Well you get the idea. What spurs me to suggest this you may ask. Trolls. I had just gotten out of a game where I had a duo bot lane of a Thresh, which is fairly typical, and an Azir, not so typical. And for a while they were actually doing pretty well, but the team fell off because we had too much AP. Let alone they would try to FF every chance they got, would purposely ignore situations that demanded teamfights, and would split push a lane when the rest of us were trying to, say, contest Baron or Dragon. We lost that game, which we were winning up until the last 5 minutes, where the duo decided to do their own thing, granted theyd been doing that for about 15-20 minutes of the game. I lost a winning game, because of these 2 immature little boys who get their kicks from ruining someone elses game, a game that lasted almost an hour.

Now I know that I can't blame the champions persay, that the trolling is the Player themselves, but perhaps in some way, only being able to pick certain champs for certain rolls could help. Or perhaps implement some way to better punish trolls. I know Riot has worked on their reporting and punishments, but it's because of people like that Azir and Thresh that honestly make me hate this game, and I don't want to, I genuinely enjoy playing this game, let alone I've invested too much money into League to just stop playing forever, and if there's some way to more harshly punish people who have their fun in ruining the fun for others, please implement it. Because before that game, I had never honestly felt like uninstalling League from rage.
