Hoi! So, if I put three skins together to make a perm skin, would it be a skin from the champions I already own or some random champion I most likely do not have?

Zerfallen1 votesIt will be for a random champion from among all of the champions.
Vesarixx1 votesYou can get skins either for champions that you already own or that you don't own, if it's for one that you own then that skin is automatically unlocked, if you do not own the champion then that skin will be automatically unlocked when the champion is unlocked unless you reroll that skin permanent in the meantime.
