homeguard buff only if your base is damaged

I don't like how you get homeguards for free if you are snowballing and can tp homeguard folks. What is the point of that. Either disable the buff at some distance from your base so that it doesn't work with tp or make it so you only get the buff when your base has been broken (or at least taken damage).

Yea I can't say me having an advantage then not even needing it I have homeguard to return to gaining even more of an advantage is good, they need to nerf it so you only get homeguard when your inhib turret is left (So 1 tier 2 turret has to be down for that team to have homeguard)

Would make it more exciting to fight enemies for me.

I'm still in favor of making it so only the team down in gold/levels/towers gets the buff unless they are nearly equal, in which case I think both sides should get it. +1

Homeguard already gives more benefit to a defending team than an offensive team... I don't want games to stall out even more...

I completely disagree with its removal as a purchasable option. Sometimes I'd purchase homeguards pre-20minutes and sometimes not until post-35. Making it automatic at 20 seems weird. I don't think it should be an explicit comeback mechanic where only 1 team has access to it though...

I do however think the TP-Homeguard mechanic was silly and rather than the speed lasting a set amount of time it should last until you either enter combat or get X distance away from fountain. So if you want to run around your base out of combat for 3 minutes with homeguards you can do that, but you can't TP with it. Would have eliminated a lot of problems we've supposedly seen with it.
