About Morgana rework

Im feeling morgana rework is terrible , cos rito just remade skins and nothing to gameplay . I think 5% ms to ENEMY is very bad . you support and you have nothing , how do i suppose to stun ppl in mid game ? morgana have very low hp pull and died instantly (hello kha, rengar, kayn itd) improvements : 1)Passive vampirism on any target (like old passive,mid morgana terrible as zyra and brand , riot stop doint this shit) 2)W should have Grounding effect , like miasma (you hit q then w and thats pretty nice combo hm?) 3)ultimeate - remove bonus move speed . Add percentage damage reduction PER champion shackle smt like 5-10% to 1 champ , it help alot to survive 4)increase attack range (its so bad xd) you can add smt if y wanna , gl riot balance team
