Does the mastery skill Runic Armor (8% increased shield) work with Mordekaiser's passive armor?

Does it only increase the Shield you gain from your Passive or the Maximum Shield aswell?

Only the shield gain, not the maximum amount. It actually updates the tooltip of his passive to 27% of the damage dealt instead of 25%

What about Windspeakers blessing? (Or whatever it's called) same thing?

I see, it used not to. I scanned a little bit and found the patch where they fixed it. I haven't run those masteries since his rework.
