ARAM BOT infestation

i give up. it's just bots all around and RIOT doesn't seem to care because as long as the player population including the bots is larger than DOTAs then why would they have to. They all get reported but very few ever get banned. They are queued up with another group in 30 minutes. I love the game...it's fun....when it's 5 humans vs 5 humans. Is this just something RIOT promotes to so they can keep their player population high? What is being done about it if anything. reporting anything to RIOT hardly works unless it's actual player harassment. Should it just be something that is expected when we queue up for ARAM? If so, shouldn't there warning: "most likely will be DUMB BOTS or AFK BOTS on each side"

Riot bans the bots in waves so thet it's harder for the botters to tell what got them banned.

Report them after the game and they'll confirm it and take care of it. Try to write what tipped you off that it was a bot too, this helps them refine the detection parameters.

i've done this on all of my games. Nothing changes. The last game i queued up I was matched with 4 bots vs 5 humans. Even the enemy team wanted to honor me at the end of the game because i played it through and fought the whole way as Sion. RIOT does not care because i've looked up their profiles and they've done the same in all their other games to get IP points. They are not banning them so that they can pad their active population numbers to compete with other upcoming games. I like the game and it's extremely fun when it's actual 5 v 5....but that's rare now. I really hope they find a way to fix this problem or hope that the botters ruin it so badly that they will force the company to actually put in the work and manpower to review / fix the bots. i'm defeated (no pun intended) after this. i've reported hundreds of botters and they just keep coming back. Useless.

They do get banned. Not immediately, no, but every 2~ish weeks there is a mass ban wave.

I've tracked bot accs too. They are usually 'inactive' after 2 weeks.

If you want to track them too for the luls use online match history not op.gg, since op.gg can't follow them if they namechange. It's fun to do.

Bots keep getting made, and it's hard to tell them apart from new players sometimes, which is where our reports come in. (They don't wan't to false-positive ban new players).

There are more bots being made right now due to the end of the season getting close. I've had my fair share of 1v9s too. It's not fun at all :/ Stay strong bro.
