Riot ruined League?

Does anyone else agree that Riot just completely ruined league of legends? I'd like to hear other peoples comments on why but for me....ill just say one thing to make my point. Quinn. To win a game all you need is Quinn. Say goodbye to that straggling support or level behind mid all the way back by the nexus turret because they are now gone. And she will be too by the time you can even teleport back.

I thought for a while League cared about balancing. I was iffy with them when the juggernaut update came out. And not to mention Morde alone. But this is just crazy and it makes me think they replaced their staff with fressh-out-of-college "great minds" to ruin an already dwindling game.
