Riot! Lets open a vote to kick for AFK's!

*Would love to see this up-voted and get LoLians on this! * Hello, basically looking to shoot an idea towards you guys. I have been playing a lot of ranks lately and have now been demoted. With that being said it has solely been based on AFK's I have encountered throughout the game. I have a suggestion, well merely a simple idea to fix this. I fully acknowledge that you do "punish" the people that AFK, but in turn it is also still hurting us for that initial game that we shared. So my idea would be that it should/could be possible for a vote for kick. (Must have all other players agree to this for the vote to pass) said person. Once this is done, another person may join the game. Now, when they do enter the game, you could either have them take any gold the said kicked player earned, or average our full teams earnings and have the new player begin with that. Also average our levels and have them begin with that too. This will help us with continuing our good score and we will not also be penalized for someone else cough "shitty" cough net. Maybe even with the whole kicking system you could have a vote to kick for .... AFK/ intentional feeding ect. Having whom ever to initiate the vote, they must choose why they are kicking, and if all team members agree they will be kicked. I think that this will ly help every one.Because well honestly this is
