Anyone else feel like Talon got shafted with his last changes? I know they have been going through and removing some silences which I'm fine with but they all kept the ability to interrupt channels to keep a degree of usefulness VS some champs and giving you more counterplay potential without completely shutting people down for awhile so why not give his Cutthroat some kick back and let it at least Interrupt so he can at least a bit of depth of gameplay back.
A 99% slow is quite a big slow, and Olaf, Master Yi, and Gangplank are the only champions that can nullify or remove it entirely. Talon is still an amazing champion as his damage output is just as high. I kinda think the 99% slow compensates for the absence of a channel interrupt.
EDIT: Well, son of a bitch. I forgot it was 1/4 of a second :/ Maybe increase the slow duration? Or add on the channel interrupt. I didn't remember that the duration is 1/4 of a second, so the OP makes a point.
I've been doing very well with him, but I've been doing it bot with a Leona so idk
