ranked solo queue flagging system "my position or troll"

now uhh, first off I realize I didn't act accordingly, at all.

I've been up playing for like 12 hours straight now so I'm a little fed up with dealing with idiots in ranked, but this one really took the cake and had me unleash all my bottled up aggression from the night

why the hell can people like this even queue? I semi understand people that get steamrolled in a game and afk/leave, whatever, report them. but idiots like this? I shouldn't have to take an LP loss and an instant timeout from queue for not obliging to this idiot's demands. and you know you're in for a terrible game when you already despise your teammate 5 seconds into champ select. what's even more dumb is I don't even have the option to report him from champ select so he just gets to be an asshole to some other poor souls.

no matter what, they win. you dodge, you lose lp. you don't, you lose even more lp and 20 minutes + of your time. that's not the way it should work.

the only way I can think to combat this is to have a flagging system where if someone's obviously toxic from the get go in champ select, make it to where 4/5 people have to flag him and it will kick him, and replace him with someone else from queue OR if that's too much code to change, the team can all flag them and it'll send us all back to queue but give the troll the dodge punishment, or even something extra

it's just an obvious solution to a notorious solo queue problem. I wouldn't even care in normals but when something's at stake this shit should't be tolerated.
