I Still didnt get any of my epic skin shards For rune pages bought with RP

Well in about season 4 i bought the 7 rune page bundle with RP but as soon as the preseason hit i have only received the blue essence and honor icon i was promised but nothing beyond that i guess im suppose to get atleast 2 epic skin shards but sadly i have received nothing so far and i even submitted 2 tickets to riot support and all i got back was an email from their answering machine saying im on hold and its been a whole day id appreciate any form of help towards my problem and i hope riot could look over this as it isnt fair for me not to be receiving what was promised by them thank you .
