PROJECT: Ashe missing/unused quotes; no quotes when using 'Oracle Lens'

Started to think about it and tested it in practice tool: PROJECT: Ashe doesn't say any quotes when 'Oracle Lens' is used. This skin used to have quotes for 'Sweeping Lens' use, but the item doesn't exist anymore. Quotes said when buying 'Giant Slayer' with PROJECT: Ashe are unused too due the item being removed with no suitable replacement, but current 'Oracle Lens' trinket is "replacement" for old 'Sweeping Lens'. Quotes should work well in this case, but they don't at the moment.

Feels like this was just forgotten. Would be nice to see the quotes be re-enabled.
