New Taric feels smooth, except for one thing.

For a melee character without mobility, I feel that his heal (Q) feels awkward to use in the midst of a chase or fight that requires high movement - due to the fact that he pauses for a moment to use it. It can often lead to not being able to utilize his passive if the enemy is at the same speed or faster (give or take whether they were stunned).

This is a very similar feeling to what I had experienced when Malzahar's old (current) Null Zone caused him to stop for a moment to cast it.

Anyone else feel this way?
