I'm not a god, but adc just feels so weak

I've mained ADC since S4, and now it's season 7. Ever since Season 4 I've just felt weaker and weaker.

Everytime an ADC gets strong, it's nerfed extremely quickly. When other things get strong it gets reworked after months of stupidity.

I don't know why I'm just realizing this, but I'm hardstuck Gold and I feel like it's my fault for picking ADC. I play it well, I have decent winrates and I win lane but I'm just sick of tanks that take less skill, are tankier, have more mobility, more dmg, more aoe, and more cc than me (typically all on one tank).

I don't know if I'm the only one who feels this way but oh my god.. bruisers/tanks just feel too strong

Every regular commentor of these boards apparently gets styled on by ADCs regularly. ADCs aren't even that strong as you point out but you can't reason with tilt.

I RARELY go ADC (as in, only when I fill in a premade) and I've still never felt like it's weak. Even for something I play irregularly and have little experience in, I've had plenty of easy carry experiences. I don't see the validity to your complain.
