Ranked Que Dodge Button Idea

So i am a Silver 5 player (previously Bronze 5) and have been playing very dedicated since season 2 and throughout my climb ive come across many friendly players. But when there are players that are toxic and threaten feeding and start off toxic right of the bat, it ruins the one game i have for a day if i can play. Its childish and really ruins the idea of the ranked que. This has happened quite frequently and i have found myself loosing LP and getting penalties for dodging games that will sooner or later cause me to not play the game. I feel there should be a function for champion select in Ranked that is a voting system to dodge a game for these kind of players. a 4 out of 5 vote to dodge and selecting the person that was toxic and threatening so that riot could discipline that summoner and also take a weight off the back off the team who all agrees that the person is a problem. as for duos a 3 out of 5 seems fair. It has gotten rediculous to the point where im willing to try new mobas because its effecting how much i care about this game. Im a die hard fan of this game and have spent more than a few nights playing just because it helps me relax and enjoy myself. but this is just rediculous. Please dont let a good thing die.
