20$ A month for Ranked

I believe we should make ranked ques cost 20 dollars a month in order to weed out the disruptive individuals. Please consider the positive ramifications of such an action.

id rather just have the players just actually take ranked as a serious game mode, money i think would do the trick but i feel there are better solutions .

umm, If you want to do that then Riot would need to seriously improve the season rewards and it would probably make the community a lot more toxic since people would say I didn't pay X amount of money to play with feeders.

No I think its more likely that people will just stop playing ranked and simply only play normal games (team builder, blind pick and draft pick).

I have a better idea; simply require a credit card to create your account. Nothing else. No charge, just verification.

I don't actually want it, but I think it serves the purpose you intend without making you pay a sub.

The main point that destroys this overly stupid idea (sorry, it is), is that there are tons of people with credit cards or parents who shell out their money to get their kid of their back. Paying does NOTHING, NOTHING at all besides lower the amount of people who play ranked. In what world are only the responsible people the ones with money?

Bad idea is bad.
