Oracle lens opie op, mainly a rant but prolly not going anywhere

lets take a look at this item right its a free item than you can get from level 1 any champion can acquire this at any point in the game and imo this item is to help combat enemy vision across the map no?

-but what it also does is periodically reveal where invisible enemies are heading and which isn't so bad for the none upgraded version of the item but after level 9 you can buy the one that sticks over your champion for a set amount of time (which is basically just as good as a roaming pink ward on top of your champ which you can use to follow invisible enemies) not opie enough yet?

-okay so how about champions like shaco and teemo which have invisible traps? (oh and go invisible as champs too...) you are going to chase up dragon or baron or even those champs themselves right? well they've set up a minefield of sorts to either defend an objective or even just made an escape route for when **** hits the fan, you just get this free item which assuming your over level 9 you have the wandering one and boom all the shaco/teemo etc. planning goes poof because not only does it reveal their location but also their traps but not only that, it also gives you a way to destroy them and completely destroys what shaco boxes do (fear the enemy who walks into them) which if you're AD is all the use you have for the boxes THE FEAR and if your AP its even worse, you lose the element of surprise and most likely all damage that box is gonna put out.

so now lets just say you have 6 buttons for arguments sake q,w,e,r and then d and f, so this item WHICH IS FREE!?! deletes at least half of what you do on 2 champions so now your playing a champ that has half the abilities to use because of a free item that reveals them and one of their other abilities and corresponding synergy between these abilities and other champs like eve and twitch aren't affected as hard but this still affects them none the less and look i'm not gonna say this is every second throughout the game but still its taking skill and fun out of the game for this style of champion.

-- what i think should be done about this is remove the invisible enemy reveal because lets be honest there's a lot of champs that has invisibility in their kit somewhere and its rather annoying when you try to juke the enemy but then you get destroyed by them because of a f****** free ward that reveals everything unholy. it just removes any skill from this aspect of the game.

--my second suggestion is remove ALL vision from traps e.g mushrooms, shaco boxes, jhin traps etc. (ONLY when an enemy hits it, you get a 0.5s to 1s vision timer)

--third only let a set amount of traps per oracle lens to be seen per use e.g 2-6 varying between traps for example teemo could have a minefield across half the map and ya know maybe hes super fed so his traps do half of your carries hp so maybe you can see 5 of his traps with one oracle but someone like shaco who probably only has 5-6 around a concentrated area of the map at any given time you would only see 1-2 of his traps per oracle.

--i feel this is the most fair way to handle this but at the end of the day i'm not a game tester so i wouldn't see every angle on this i admit that.

--Anyways my main point being this item is way too strong against certain champs mainly for the fact that its FREE and ANY champion can get it, there's no requirements what so ever and it counters certain champs. --its like your picks and your bans don't matter in the slightest because you know when you get in game all they have to do is pick up a free item and that's it they can counter you easily.

(obviously this all affects some champs more than others but still my point stands it destroys a lot of some VERY TARGETED CHAMPIONS play style which just happens to be the style of play i enjoy the most so obviously i'm a little biased but who isn't when it comes to things like this lol)

this is just my opinion on the matter take it how you will, captain out :P

Last note now i promise ( i know i'm going to get someone in here saying "well just don't play those champs" yeah well that's what iv'e enjoyed since s3 of league and i still do now, i don't see why i should give up on playing champs i love because of a broken item)
