How i hope Riot would take care of ragers/trolls.

I love League of Legends, but it seems that half of the game is dealing with toxic players, who spend more time blowing up the chat window then working with their team. I know that we have the option to mute individual players, or select not to play with them in future games, but the servers appear to be saturated with theses negative players. For the most part, muting does nothing to show them that their behavior is ruining the game experience for others and they continue with the same negative behavior game after game.

I expect that most people want to play League to unwind after a long day and dealing with this on a constant basis starts to become more stressful than fun.

tldr; If we could somehow add a vote feature to the tribunal system, where if 3-4 teammates report a person as toxic in that game that they are either not allowed to use their in game chat window (forcing them to use ping system to communicate objectives) or temporarily changing their text color to a less visible color (such as grey) for a certain number of future games.

This would cut down on the current "If you have nothing nice to say, SAY IT IN ALL CAPS!" mentality that we're seeing from these negative players.
