Looking for a mid lane mentor and coach

IGN:Spirix I have been a mid laner for a while and I am looking to improve and rise up the ranks I am gold 3 atm still working on consistantly being better in lane and times to roam based on lanes pushing and choices between keep my lane in or gank.
