New Season Starting Soon, Can We Finally Get Reset Refunds?

As much as we don't talk about it, I thinks its clear that having 3 refunds per season is by far the most desired addition throughout the community. "3 Refunds per season, upvote if you want 3 refunds per season." There are 3 top posts that are all called this name with 2.5k, 1.4k, and 915 likes, and there are still many more refund posts that ask for refunds per season that are all highly supported. Yet even with all this, we haven't heard a single peep about what you guys at Riot even think of this. I would atleast like to hear where you guys stand on this matter.
