This ability is completely fair and balanced. Only two-thirds of my life from one combo all due to a mastery. Makes perfect sense. Keep up the good work Riot.

I actually agree with you - Electrocute is a bit over powered compared to other keystones. It is a big reason why assassin mid lanes have taken over.

did you try building some of the many Health items the Shop offers you? If you can survive the burst electrocute users become much weaker than others who have taken Conq, Press the attack, Grasp ect...

Basically everyone else gets stats over the entire fight.(except for a few rare cases someone takes a non combat rune like spell book or something).
