Waiting out 20minute ban after game is remade

So I received 5, 20 minute bans from the Leaverbuster because my client basically bugged out and I didn't realise, but I'm not here to talk about that.

After waiting out your 20 minutes, if a player dodges or doesn't except you are not forced to wait out another 20 minutes however if a game is remade by yours or the enemy team for whatever manner you are then indeed forced to wait out the 20 minutes again, I tweeted Riot support about this issue and they agreed that a discussion should be posted.

What do you guys think? Maybe after a remade game it counts as a full game and maybe means you then only have to wait 20 minutes for 4 out of your 5 bans? I don't know,
