I play a lot of Annie. Ever since the new mid-season update, I would say 2/3 of the time, Tibbers is not stunning. Before you decide to be obnoxious, a few things. a) They don't have Mercurial, Banshee, etc. b) It isn't Sivir or Morg or Malz, etc. Everything else will stun, but Tibbers reliably does NOT stun. It is beyond obnoxious, eliminating too much of Annie's potential. Is anyone experiencing something similar?

It actually cost me 2 or 3 teamfights :(
I've had this happen to me about 3 times and it always made me sad inside.
I'm glad it's not just me, then. Of course there will be the occasional miss, but this is much more often than that.
I've been having a lot of fun with annie this patch as I think they made really good improvements but there have been times where the Tibbers stun has felt a bit wonky.
It happened quite a few times too I had to choose flash w stun now
It happens to me every time. It finally made me so salty that I googled it to make sure I wasn't crazy. Yep, other people, too. At least my girl isn't dead to me anymore ... she's just bugged. I'm uninstalling and reinstalling in the hopes this fixes it.
