Azir itl increase his attack speed but his soldiers don't count as basic attacks, probably fixed tho...

Kled. It's perfect for ripping into someone with his four hit attack passive.

anyone who has a passive takes hits to proc. Diana XinZhao they will benefit from it. TwistedFate Ekko + any adc can Technically benefit from it, not as much as the others though, late game adc's want Lethal tempo more then the new rune for the most part.
