@Axes or Meddler on a status update for Sol's revision?

Hello,

It's been just under half a year since the comment on potential changes to Sol's spells. It had been mentioned in Axes's comment that despite Sol's still higher-than-average skill floor, there was focus on making him more accessible and/or satisfying. In light of seeing Sol's handful (none-the-less great) of showings at Worlds, I had begun to wonder if this still held true. In the Lessons from Preseason, Meddler spoke to the idea changes to items rather than champions with regard to kits and balance. Hearing this, I thought of the Rylai's changes and Sol's being 'under the microscope' may rekindle the conversation with the community, if there was some to be had. All-in-all, is there any further consideration of changing Sol (similar to Shyv's mini-rework)?
