Positional Ranks and no Main Role.

I don't have a main role. So I get "autofilled" every game. Why can I win 10 games in a row and only gain + 60 LP across the board? That's not very fun. Sure it's actually + 300 LP in total but all I see is 5 ranks that are still in the same division. And I can lose 10 games in a row and stay at 0 LP in 4 roles.

I don't really care if I win or lose anymore because of how many games it takes to see any progress.

Idk, I just really dislike the new rank system. It makes me want to quit the game.

There is no way you get EVERY game autofilled. You pick 2 role and you are likely to get one of this roles. Autofill happens but not as much as you are saying. Also autofill gives extra LP.

He means he queues fill. Autofill was in quotes because queuing fill is basically volunteering to get autofilled.
