If its a normal queue timer over and over, then yes, if its from repetitiously dodging games, then no.

I am going to go ahead and lock this thread for spam. Threads should have enough content that they can foster some kind of discussion about the game. We want to keep the clutter off of the boards, so it's important that every thread contribute something to the overall gameplay discussion.
