One username multiple accounts

Leveling up to 30 is about as fun as watching paint dry. Why can't you just buy a level 30 account for about the same ip you get from leveling up to 30? I mean you already have alot of ip that you cant use and when you start a smurf you will still face players at your level. As it is now you just buy an account that sombody else has done the boring leveling for you. If you could have multiple accounts connected to one username life would be so easy and every penny people invest in League will go to Riot. The fact that it don't exist already is a mystery to me
