Scripter?

Does anyone know how to tell someone is scripting? This replay seemed way too obvious and this happened just a few minutes ago. Click the link and it will take you to a replay website and there are several points where is just seems way too obvious, the earliest is a little after 3:15 into the game. (also I might want to mention that I don't know which board i should post to...)

The fact that he dodged all of your lucian Qs is sketchy, those are really hard to avoid >_>. At the start he almost walks into one but turns around last second

The Vayne also dodged several Braum Q's that looked very weird. The one at 3:25 ( I think) was a very weird dodge.

It was dodging with pixel precision for most of the game and some of them look like the player was trying to move one way and suddenly turned into another direction. It's most likely a scripter. Dodge scripts are abnormally more common lately and pretty easily noticeable.

nothing you can do anyways chances are if he dosesnt have really good win rates/kda's while hitting everything its not scripting. Esp if you are like below gold then def no scripting going on.

It's easy to point out a scripter. a 100% skill shot up timer is a good example as not even Faker has that. There's also scripts that can and will predict where your skillshot is going to land because it reacts faster than the server can process it as it takes time for it to process the command, see it's line of fire and fire even at 33/32 ms.

I really wish riot would do something about these scripters..
