Alright so My laptop froze in the middle of a game, but I came back and we got close to winning. I had around 20 assists. And I caught up. I came right back, but now I have to wait 20 mins to be able to play a game, so my question to riot is can you unban me? ANd check the game I "Left" and see that I came back and I actually played.

Fact: You were out of the game for over a 2 minutes, which is when the timer clicks you. Coming back doesn't alleviate your absence, just makes you a good person for coming back.

If you're on a 20 minute leaver penalty that would indicate this wasn't the first time you've left a game.
