Practice tool should be like a custom game. You can invite certain people, and vote on rules and +gold and/or levels, kind of like the FF vote but both teams. My friend and I play customs and get to full build, but that requires a lot of farming.

If you had +gold, +levels, -cooldowns and stuff like that in actual pvp multiplayer, scripters would figure out how it works and design scripts to take advantage of it. Would you give probably around 1/4 of your normal/ranked games to scripters for a gamemode like this?
