Which of Nunu's abilities proc Courage of the Colossus? Is it just Abosulte Zero or Ice blast too? or neither

i dont believe slows proc it only stuns/fears and stuff so i dont think its usable on nunu

All the different builds i can see on probuilds include it. I even looked up the top nunu players and they all seem to have it as well, is tehre some other benefit to having it that i am not seeing?
