QoL Suggestion For Key Fragments

A lot of people have been complaining about key fragments, saying the drop rate is too low and such... but it's low for a (good) reason.

I believe simply making the droprate reset weekly instead of monthly (keeping roughly the same overall monthly droprate) would make the experience much more enjoyable.

As it is right now, my first week was super exciting, I got to open a few chests... and then I haven't been able to open a single chest in the last 2-3 weeks. (I play at least 2-3 games everyday, often 5+)

It would also coincide with the chest refill rate (which is weekly) and make the system much more "predictable" (oh I got some fragments already a few days ago, I have to wait a few more days) rather than just knowing for a fact you aren't getting fragments until next month... and then getting like 10 inside the 1st week -_-

Please Riot, I really want this to happen.
