Am I the only one bothered by things like these

In the picture above, where does malphite get his bonus attack speed? They have no dragons, he has no attack speed runes, he has no attack speed items, he has no active effects. He has more attack speed than irelia who DOES HAVE attack speed runes.

Death recap has been in the game for several years now, and its still giving information that is inaccurate and faulty.
