Why do pro players ward here 1-3mins in the game?
The title says it all, im kind of confused what its for, thank you!

Gives u a better warning to, more time to run away if u spot him, if you do the lazy river bush warding, by the time that ward catches the jungler your most likely allready dead. That ward gives you far more warning time to run away.
It's useful for potentially spotting the enemy jungler as they go to clear scuttle and/or invade and/or gank.
Pretty much watches for jungle movement. If their jungle shows there he's likely going scuttle, if not he's likely heading blue.
Red buff jungle ramp is the most traffic'd and most important jungle intersection in the entire game. It overseas raptors and red the two most important jungle camps, a side of mid lane, dragon or herald access, and also importantly you can access a sort of backdoor into bot or top lane by "tribush." Between mid support and jungle it should be warded near constantly.
If you're mid you're actually doing your entire team a service by warding that and not just your own. Otherwise junglers can wrap around baron/dragon into top or bot lane or steal your raptors or sneak into red. The ward is a magnitude way better than others due to the high traffic AND high importance.
