Range decreased to 500 from 550. Lucian had to pay range for his mobility and so should Kalista, no single champion in the game should have both hypermobility and range.

Passive - If Kalista is slowed, her dash speed is also slowed for the same amount. Now slows actually work on her and it might be possible to chase or kite her.

E - Slow changed to 30% at all levels from 25/30/35/40/45%. Mana cost increased to 40/50/60/70/80 from 40 at all levels. Kalista's spears now cap at a maximum of 6 on minions and monsters. Now Kalista's who rank E first are actually punished for spamming it for waveclear and harass, and she also doesn't get a free megasmite on Dragon and Baron

R - Range decreased to 900 from 1200. Cooldown increased to 140/110/80 from 90/75/60. The stupidly low cooldown and ridiculous range on Fate's Call let Kalista engage almost whenever she wanted or pull her support out of danger for very little cost. If she's going to give her support a free save and a Malphite ult, at least make it punish her if Kalista or her support makes a mistake.

+1 for visibility, though I don't agree with all the nerfs. I like the general idea of her E changes and the attack range nerf, but I also think that would be enough to bring her in line. No need to smash her over and over again with the nerf hammer until she's barely viable and needs a meta shift to function again. You can learn from past nerfs. It's always been a grave mistake to do too much at once.
