I can't climb and its real bad

I need someone's help, please someone tell me what I can do to climb. I got placed silver 1, skipped gold 4 and gold 2, got little stuck in g1 but managed to climb to plat 5, now I have shifted from plat 5 and plat 4 alot but the last several day I have been on the worst loss streak I have ever played. My win rate went from 53% to 49%. someone please help me fix this, how do I stop this. I legit think I have only won 3 games and 27 losses. This is so sad and frustrating. I dont understand what happened. I am not crying out for help caz I cant climb to plat 4, it is so hard to win a game. I dont know what winning feels like anymore.
