Would very much like a Lissandra Graphical Rework

Outdated, boring, looks like a toothpaste tube that moves.

In terms of a champion - I don't think her gameplay needs any rework.

Also would like to see something more when inhibs respawn.

Thoughts?

Lissandra is pretty far down the list for VGU. She still retains her look pretty well.
